Standard Living-Learning Drama: Maryland Dormcest in a Nutshell

 

Scholars. Writers’ House. Gemstone. Honors. Carillon. Language House. Civicus. Global Communities. What do all these Living-Learning Programs (LLP’s) have in common? UMD would claim it’s the enriching academic experience. Ha! We know better. The one trait all Living-Learning programs share is drama. When that many people are forced to live and study together, things get weird. It can be quite mentally taxing to keep track of the average LLP’s crushes, drunken hookups, and roommate wars. The Black Sheep has constructed this helpful flowchart, which summarizes the standard types of drama an LLP can expect to house within the course of one academic semester.
