They say a picture’s worth a thousand words, but even that wouldn’t be enough to describe the athletic prowess of star MSU basketball player Miles Bridges. As a result of his stellar gameplay, Bridges is the subject of countless fantastic images. However, not all photos are of this spectacular Spartan. We here at The Black Sheep have managed to somehow compile ten photos that are definitely not Miles Bridges.
This is beyond any shadow of a doubt not a picture of Miles Bridges. This is a photo of the ninth President of the United States, William Henry Harrison. We don’t really understand how a president who died after only being in office for a month could be mistaken for a star athlete like Miles, but we just wanted to cover all bases.
Again, this is not Miles, although this man gave us the ability to have Miles, in a way. This is Dr. James Naismith, the inventor of basketball. Without him, Miles would have probably ended up being a star volleyball player or a doctor.
Despite some misconceptions, Miles Bridges is in no way related to actual bridges, such as the Golden Gate Bridge, pictured here. It’s an understandable mistake, though.
This definitely isn’t Miles Bridges, but at least it is on MSU’s campus. Miles might be tall – nearly 6’7”, in fact – but he is nowhere near the height of the Beaumont Tower, which stands at approximately 104 feet tall.
The Sparty Statue may be an MSU icon and have a human form, but it is certainly not Miles Bridges.
This version of Sparty is able to move, but he definitely can’t match the highflying athleticism of Miles Bridges.
This man may be an MSU athletic legend, but Mark Dantonio is focused more on football coaching than his NBA draft prospects. With all due respect, he is not Miles Bridges.
Tom Izzo may be a Hall of Fame basketball coach who consistently leads MSU to strong seasons as well as developing talented players like Miles Bridges, but he just simply isn’t Miles Bridges.
This is a picture of a Spartan basketball player who uses his skills on the court to win. However, this is former Spartan Draymond Green, not Miles Bridges.
This was a picture of Miles Bridges dunking, but an unfortunate cropping incident left us with only this. Sad.
At the end of the day, these photos should make you stop and say, “Wow, that really isn’t Miles Bridges?”
Ok, this one is of our beloved Miles, and this shirt can be yours! Click on the pic to check out this shirt and more MSU swag.
