The Michigan Fight Song Remixed For a True Gameday

When you arrive to this university–naive and 18 years old, long before you find your roommate, have your first bite of No Thai, and spend your first night on the Markley bathroom floor post-Cantina Tuesday–you learn the Michigan fight song, “The Victors.”

Shouted from a maize-covered Hill street on game day, in a sweaty frat basement on the last night of welcome week, or stuck in your head on a Saturday night, you will never forget the words to our beloved anthem, and they will most likely be written on your gravestone. So, in preparation for another Wolverine victory, we bring you a lyrical remix to what game day is ACTUALLY like:

“The Victors” (The OG Fight Song)

Hail! to the victors valiant
Hail! to the conqu’ring heroes
Hail! Hail! to Michigan
the leaders and best
Hail! to the victors valiant
Hail! to the conqu’ring heroes
Hail! Hail! to Michigan,
the champions of the West!

Hail! to the victors valiant
Hail! to the conqu’ring heroes
Hail! Hail! to Michigan,
the champions of the West!

“The (Kamchatka) Victors”
(The New and Improved)

Hail! to the six A.M shots

Hail! Hail! to Tailgating
